It's the tea created by Wei Shen Hsu who is a son of Yao Liang Hsu.

This one is specifically for cold brew. It will emerge wine aroma like Champagne, and at least, will emerge muscat and sweetness like longan honey.

Place of origin: Taiwan / Taoyuan Hsinchu Miaoli

🍸 Brewing Method 🍸 Cold

Porcelain: PET bottle or glassware

Water temperature: room temperature water

Ratio of tea to water: 5 g of loose leaf tea with 600 ml of waters.

Standing time : put the bottle in the refrigerator around 4-6 hours.

☕️ Brewing Method ☕️ Hot

Porcelain: white porcelain or glassware

Water temperature: 88 to 92 celsius

Tea soup color: golden to amber depends on you desirable concentration.

Ratio of tea to water: 5 grams of loose leaf tea with 100-150 ml of water. First brew from 20 to 30 seconds. Second to sixth brew from 10 to 15 seconds.(The volune of loose leaf tea shall be a quarter of the teapots size )

Oriental Beauty Tea has the fragment of honey because it is made of tea leaves bit by smaller green leafhopper (Jacobiasca formosana). The growing environment shall be natural and free of chemical pollution.

Human efforts and endeavors are also required for picking up fine and small tea leaves. Then tea making masters need to complete the complicated production procedure within 24 hours for this smell volume, labor intensive, and high price type of tea.
