HSU Yaoliang 🍊 Hakka Sour Citrus Tea
The only compressed tea from Taiwan.
Using traditional Hakka craftsmanship, tea leaves are crushed and mixed with citrus pulp, then packed back into the skin of the tangerine. Through repeated steaming and drying, along with the passage of time, it develops a warm, sweet, and sour flavor.
Ingredients: Tangerine, tea leaves, dried tangerine peel, licorice, etc.

☕️ Brewing Instructions ☕️
Teaware: White porcelain or glass
Tea-to-water ratio: 1/4 to 1/3 of the teapot, or 5 grams of tea leaves with 100-150cc of water
Temperature: 100 degrees Celsius
Brewing method: As sour citrus tea is a vintage tea, it is recommended to quickly rinse the first brew to remove dust. For the second brew, steep for about 1 minute until the color turns dark red or black, then pour.
