Origin: Taiwan / Hsinchu, Miaoli, Longtan

☕️ Brewing Instructions ☕️
Tea Utensils: White porcelain or glass teapot
Tea-to-Water Ratio: 1/4 to 1/3 of the teapot, or 5g of tea leaves per 100-150ml of water
Temperature: 88-92°C
Steeping Time:

  • First infusion: 20-30 seconds
  • Second to sixth infusions: 10-15 seconds

◆ Freshly produced tea may taste slightly sharp. It is recommended to let it age for 3 to 6 months for a more refined and rounded flavor!
