01. Domestic Shipping (Taiwan)
Hsu Yao-liang Tea Garden partners with Black Cat (Takkyubin) and Pelican Express to ensure your tea arrives safely and promptly.
- Shipping Rates: Free shipping on orders over NT$3,000. For orders under the threshold, the fee is NT$75 (Convenience Store Pickup) / NT$100 (Home Delivery).
- Processing Time: Shipments are processed Monday through Friday. In-stock items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
- Estimated Delivery:
- Home Delivery: 1-2 days after dispatch.
- Convenience Store Pickup: 2-3 days after dispatch to the designated store.
02. International Shipping (Global Delivery)
We offer worldwide shipping to bring the honey-scented aroma of Oriental Beauty tea to every corner of the globe.
- Mainland China：Shipped via SF Express.
- 🚚 Freight & Taxes: Shipped on a "Freight & Tax Collect" basis (payable by the recipient upon delivery).
- 🛒 How to Order: At checkout, please select "Local Pickup" (門市自取) as your shipping method.
- 💬 Follow-up: After placing your order, please message us via our website or LINE with the recipient's name, phone number, and detailed address.
- 🆔 Real-Name Authentication: Due to cross-border regulations, recipients must provide photos of their ID (Front & Back) for customs clearance after the package is dispatched.
- Other Countries (USA, Japan, Europe, etc.)：Shipped via EMS (International Express Mail).
- Shipping Fee: Calculated based on region and weight at checkout.
- Delivery Time: 5-7 days for Asia; 7-14 days for Europe and the Americas (subject to customs clearance).
- Note: International shipping fees do not include import duties/taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
