☕️ Brewing Instructions (Hot Brew) ☕️

Teaware: White porcelain or glass
Tea-to-water ratio: 1/4–1/3 of the pot, or 5g of tea leaves per 100–150ml of water
Water temperature: 88–92°C
Steeping time:

• 1st infusion: 20–30 seconds

• 2nd to 6th infusions: 10–15 seconds
