【Grading and Classification】
Hsu Yao Lliang ‘s tea gardens are the leading brand of Taiwan’s Oriental Beauty tea, and the competitions we take part in are our starting point, not our end and all. To ensure our clients can find the tea that is most suited to their wants and needs, we grade, classify and distinguish our oriental beauty teas according to grade, flavor, variety, etc.
☕️ Brewing Method ☕️ Hot
Porcelain: white porcelain or glassware
Water temperature: 88 to 92 celsius
Tea soup color: golden to amber depends on you desirable concentration.
Ratio of tea to water: 5 grams of loose leaf tea with 100-150 ml of water. First brew from 20 to 30 seconds. Second to sixth brew from 10 to 15 seconds.(The volune of loose leaf tea shall be a quarter of the teapots size )
