Place of origin: Taiwan / Taoyuan、Hsinchu、Miaoli 
Weights: 75 g
Variety : Chin-Shin-Dapan 
Season:  Winter／October November
Producers: Yao Liang Hsu／Weishen Hsu／Li Chi Wu／Yi Chun Yeh／Bi Ling Hsu


Fermentation(Oxidation): 70-80%
Roasting: dry

Flavor: mature fruits, pectin, sweetness
Aroma:  Osmanthus, citrus
Liquor color: Golden, Amber

☕️ Brewing Method ☕️

Porcelain: white porcelain or glassware

Water temperature: 88 to 92 celsius

Tea soup color: golden to amber depends on you desirable concentration.

Ratio of tea to water: 5 grams of loose leaf tea with 100-150ml of water. First brew from 20 to 30 seconds. Second to sixth brew from 10 to 15 seconds.(The volune of loose leaf tea shall be a quarter of the teapots size )
