小綠葉蟬叮咬茶樹稱做「著蜒」,「蜒香」意即著蜒產生的特殊香味。
本茶品種台灣公認最適合做紅茶的茶種「台茶18號/紅玉」,長年配合的南投魚池茶農同樣崇尚自然農法,茶園乾淨天然,此紅玉同樣遭受「小綠葉蟬」著蜒,採收後隨即運至新竹製作,配上徐耀良獨門的製茶工藝,因而產生市場上難以忽視的特殊水果甜香。

☕️ Brewing Method ☕️ Hot

Porcelain: white porcelain or glassware

Water temperature: 88 to 92 celsius

Tea soup color: golden to amber depends on you desirable concentration.

Ratio of tea to water: 5 grams of loose leaf tea with 200ml of water. First brew from 20 to 30 seconds. Second to sixth brew from 10 to 15 seconds.(The volune of loose leaf tea shall be a quarter of the teapots size )

Porcelain: PET bottle or glassware

Water temperature: room temperature water

Ratio of tea to water5 g of loose leaf tea with 600 ml of waters.

Standing time : put the bottle in the refrigerator around 4-6 hours.
